There was no indication of where to check-in when we arrived, it took me 1 hour to find where to park the car and ask 10 different people inside the hotel complex where to check-in, which was in the south tower. Third, the parking lot of the West tower, where I was staying, was not open, we had to go to the parking lot of the Havana tower to get to our car. Second, breakfast was not included in the stays.
